When your tired, and your trying for the eleventh time in a day to get your little one to go to sleep. Finally, she stops whining...looks up at you, smiles and closes her eyes.... You wait, she looks so content. But wait, she opens her eyes just a smidge...checks to see if your still there, smiles again and drifts off to sleep.Is there anything better than that?

Oh, I know. Rowan will cry and cry, and then when I hold her close to my chest and lie down with her on the bed, she snuggles in and is off to sleep in moments. It just warms your heart. :)
cherish it as much as you can ~ because now lauryn will tell us (when we try to lay down with her) "get out my room"
